파타야 풀빌라, 주택, 파타야 콘도, 아파트 시세 현황

태국 여행 또는 파타야 여행을 자주 다니시는 분들 중에 가끔 파타야 콘도나 주택 시세를 물어 보시는분들이 많아 파타야 지역에 매물로 나와있는 콘도 및 아파트, 주택, 풀빌라 시세를 정리해 봤습니다.

파타야의 경우 미분양이 많은대도 불구하고  여전히 많은 콘도들이 지어지고 있고 또 많은 풀빌라 단지들이 들어 서고 있는 상황입니다.

투자 가치가 있는지에 대한 질문에는 솔직히 과잉공급처럼 보이지만 여전히 시세는 꾸준히 오르고 있는 상황입니다.
